IONIA and PRIMACOR IO Ionomer are a specialized type of acid copolymer where a portion of the polymer chains are neutralized with metal cations such as sodium or zinc, form ionic crosslinks within the polymer matrix.This unique structure provides a combination of exceptional physical properties ; exceptional durability, good adhesion and selaing, excellent optics (low haze, high gloss, high clarify), high melt strength for excellent thermoformability.
